Finding happiness in the little things in life has been an important thing for me—basically since I was in college. The college years can be such a stressful time, and I found that doing little things that made me happy (or happier) made college more manageable—as weird as that may sound, hahaha!

On my Instagram account, I always share what I do to feel my best and to be happy. If I am being realistic though, I know we can't be happy all the time, even though I'd love that to be the case! My menstrual cycle is one of the times when I don’t feel especially happy; I always get so frustrated with my skin and how awful I feel. You know the deal. While I was in college and had my period, I always felt even worse about myself, because I thought that after high school, everything was supposed to be fine! The fact that my skin still wasn’t under control and I would still get awful cramps during my period made me so mad, LOL.
