Hello, my loves! I hope you've had a wonderful week even though all of your days (just like mine) are probably starting to blend together, hahaha. The other week, the NY Governor announced that we'll basically be at home self-quarantining through May 15th at least. For today's post I want to share my home workout routine since this is really the only schedule I'm following right now!

I grew up playing sports and being super active. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and then picked up track and field where I pole vaulted for my high school and ended up breaking my schools highest vault record! So fitness has always been a part of my daily routine and I love it a lot. I'm super inspired right now since I literally have nothing pressing to do so why not work out?!
I'm sharing my weekly workout schedule with you guys just for the heck of it. I'm thankful that my family has a home gym in our basement that I can use but I also love finding YouTube videos to follow! Some of my favorite Fitness Youtubers are Yoga with Adrienne, Heather Robertson, and Pamela Reif. If you have any other recommendations, please let me know!!
I hate doing the same thing every day so I tried to make every day something different to look forward to:
Sunday: Legs
Monday: Cardio + Stretching
Tuesday: Full Body HIIT Workout
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Cardio + Abs
Friday: Upper Body
Saturday: Yoga
